I spearheaded the digital overhaul for Naraz Logistics, a premier Canadian 3PL established in 2017. To ensure the brand remained a leader in a tech-heavy industry, I engineered a high-performance, from-scratch web ecosystem that replaced legacy processes with modern automation. I developed a native backend featuring a custom CRM, integrated email automation, and a sophisticated lead-capture system. This transformation moved the company from a traditional logistics provider to a tech-forward operation, proving that an established brand can dominate the modern digital landscape.
