Selected Work

Case studies that connect design taste with operational clarity.

A cross-section of projects where visual direction, system thinking, and implementation detail all mattered.

Bliss Inc.

Integrated E-Commerce & Operations Suite

Bliss Inc.

I engineered a custom, full-scale e-commerce ecosystem for Bliss Inc., moving beyond standard storefronts to build a comprehensive business management tool. I developed and integrated a proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS) and CRM to centralize inventory, order fulfillment, and customer data. The platform features a secure, custom-configured payment gateway and a robust automated email engine for transactional and marketing workflows, providing the client with a unified "single pane of glass" to run their entire operation.

GetRouted Canada

Merchant and Driver delivery system | SaaS and Booking System

GetRouted Canada

My team and I developed GetRouted, a same-day local delivery ecosystem connecting Canadian merchants with a network of verified drivers. This project required building three distinct interfaces—a Merchant Dashboard, a Driver App, and a Public Tracking Portal—all synced through a high-consequence, real-time backend.

Grimaldi

B2B eCommerce

Grimaldi

Grimaldi is a B2B industrial-tools storefront where pricing is gated behind manual admin approval and every approved business gets per-tier or per-SKU pricing. A single site serves Canadian and US trade customers, with CAD-native pricing, daily FX conversion for USD display, and Stripe-managed checkout, tax, and refunds.

Hoshikuzu

eCommerce

Hoshikuzu

A storybook brand site for Hoshikuzu, an indie kawaii studio building a four-character "Starfolk Family" universe of comics, plushies, and limited-edition collectibles. I designed and built the full site — narrative-driven landing experience, multilingual content system (JP / EN / ZH), comics reader, video shorts, art gallery, newsletter capture, and shop hand-off — all tied together by a slow, hand-made, mostly-at-night atmosphere.

AI Image Visualizer & SaaS system

Metra Visual

I developed MetraVisualizer, a full-stack AI image processing platform engineered for professional teams. The system features a multi-tenant SaaS architecture that allows companies to manage subscriptions and collaborate within a shared workspace. By centralizing project data, teams can access a unified library of visualizations across the web widget, mobile app, and SaaS dashboard. The backend incorporates a custom CRM, automated billing, and a team-based permission system, ensuring a seamless workflow from field-work to office management.

Naraz Logistics

Custom Enterprise Modernization | Booking & CRM System

Naraz Logistics

I spearheaded the digital overhaul for Naraz Logistics, a premier Canadian 3PL established in 2017. To ensure the brand remained a leader in a tech-heavy industry, I engineered a high-performance, from-scratch web ecosystem that replaced legacy processes with modern automation. I developed a native backend featuring a custom CRM, integrated email automation, and a sophisticated lead-capture system. This transformation moved the company from a traditional logistics provider to a tech-forward operation, proving that an established brand can dominate the modern digital landscape.

Dark Timber

Booking and Billing system | In Progress

Dark Timber

I engineered a unified authentication system for Dark Timber that utilizes Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage a multi-sided marketplace. Users log in through a single, streamlined entry point, where the system intelligently identifies their account type and dynamically routes them to their specific environment—the Outfitter Console for partner management or the Hunter Dashboard for booking and trip details. This "One-Door" architecture ensures a clean user experience while maintaining strict data isolation and security between roles.
